Browse Bridge Terms of Service

This document id is frozen. If the wording changes, Browse Bridge will publish a new id and keep this version here.

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Browse Bridge, including the website, Chrome extension, dashboard, and connector. By selecting Agree on a confirmation, creating an account, or using the product, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any confirmation text shown at signup or Enable. If you select Disagree, you must not use the product and we will not create or will disable your Browse Bridge account.

What the product is — and is not

Browse Bridge lets you share a browser tab you already control with an AI agent you connect. You complete login, MFA, CAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, and similar human checks yourself. The product does not solve, suppress, spoof, or automate those challenges; does not extract cookies, passwords, or Authorization headers for agents; does not expose raw DevTools Protocol access; and does not execute agent-requested JavaScript. Human control always overrides agent control. These limits are product design, not optional settings.

Your responsibility for other sites

You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of Browse Bridge on any web interface complies with that interface owner’s terms, robots rules, and applicable law, now and in the future. Browse Bridge does not review, approve, or grant rights to scrape, automate, or access any third-party site. Signup and Enable confirmations restated this duty. An agent acting on a tab you shared is your use of that site.

Accounts and confirmations

Confirmations are versioned. If we change the confirmation wording, the version id changes and you must Agree again before using the product. We store the exact text shown, a fingerprint of that text, your decision, UTC time, and related account and session metadata for legal defense and security. We hash network addresses rather than storing raw IP addresses. We do not store typed secrets in History.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a violation, including automated access that a site forbids, sharing an account you are not authorized to use, or attempts to defeat product safety limits.

Fees and plans

Paid capabilities, if any, are sold through Clerk Billing. Prices are set there, not hardcoded in the app. Unused quotas do not roll over unless we say otherwise in writing.

Termination

You may stop using Browse Bridge at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for Acceptable Use Policy breach, non-payment, legal risk, or to protect other users. Termination for cause does not require advance notice when we reasonably believe delay would increase harm. Provisions that by nature should survive (including indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and records) survive termination.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of Browse Bridge and its officers, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the product, your agent’s actions on shared tabs, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of a third party’s terms or rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Browse Bridge is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims in the aggregate is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places the limit is the maximum allowed.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court or applications for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or product security, you and we agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by submitting the Report abuse form on browsebridge.com/abuse with subject “Arbitration opt-out” and your account email. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law. If a waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest remains in arbitration.

Insurance and notices

Operational insurance (including technology errors and omissions) is maintained as a business matter and is not a warranty to you. Report abuse, legal process, or security issues using the Report abuse form on browsebridge.com/abuse.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The document id (for example terms.v1) is frozen once published. A new id means a new document. Continued use after we require a new confirmation constitutes agreement to the new document. Prior frozen versions remain available on the legal versions page.
